Utterly useless.
I used to be able to get my MOT here, which was wonderful, but they have now changed their number, but not online, so you cannot contact them. There is no way of finding their number.
Plymouth City Council has no listing for them either on the long list of services they provide on the phone, nor on their website.
It was a very useful service, but it is no use to anyone if THEY CANNOT CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE AN M.O.T.
