Put my T6 Transporter campervan in for its first service (oil and filter) and (1) they attempted to overcharge me at collection (£350 instead of the £250 quoted) (2) the van broke down (oil light) on first run out afterwards. As I dont believe in coincidences i phoned them but they re-directed me to VW who dispatched the AA. AA confirmed that the filter had been shoddily installed (gasket damaged). Avoid ASP if at all possible, they are not competent.
