Was told my car was booked in for an MOT at 9.30am
It wasn't properly booked in by them
Took my car down at 9.20am with nobody knowing anything about it and phoned them at 1.45pm to be told there was still 8 or 9 cars infront of me
At the time there wasn't even 5 cars in the place
I get these places are busy
But all day for an MOT
Not be using them
Very unprofessional
