Drury Lane Service Station

If I could choose 0 I would do! Awful garage who totally rip you off ! Over a thousand pounds just for diagnosing my vehicle ! Not once did the garage ring to inform me of costs/what they were doing. But when they got to the bottom of the diagnostics they inform me not only is it going to cost well over £2000 to fix, but I also owe £1200 for the work so far…… the work that they never once rang me to inform me of prices etc to check I was okay with paying that !!! Absolute joke ! So so wrong ! Then when I query the money the guy starts shouting at me in the reception area and insulting me demanding payment !! Basically held my car to ransom til I paid. Baring in mind my car was still not fixed and does not even start. But he charged over a thousand pounds just to diagnose it. Not even a diagnostic really either because he said even if I paid the price (£2300) to get it fixed, he can’t guarantee that that is the problem ?! Honestly awful experience with this garage and I wish I had read reviews as although he has some good reviews he also has a lot of bad reviews (all saying very similiar things). Avoid at all costs. Doesn’t care about his customers ! Very rude man!

mercedes c class 1.8 12 reg had the tracking done twice in the last 9 months at 2 local garages one was halfords but tyre was still waering on edge nsf asked around and told about drury lane service station booked in did the job first class coud tell strait away what a diffrence the drive was would recomend them great service thank you
