Kwik - Fit

This review is for the Kwik Fit in Kingsbury NW9. I have had 3 Mot's over the last few years. When you walk into the office to hand over the keys for your appointment, there is never any recognition that they know that you are waiting. Today I had my final experience with this garage. I went inside the office and sat in front of the manager's desk. I was waiting 10 minutes while he was doing paperwork. Someone else walked in after me and asked if there was a queue. I responded politely to explain that I had been waiting for 10 minutes. I then spoke with the manager to find out if my car was ready. His immediate response was that he was doing 3 things at once. He then told me that my car had failed the test. He then went into the garage, he came out again 5 minutes later and started talking to the next customer. I explained that I needed to pay and go. The manager said that he can't do everything at once again with a very condescending tone. He then went off again without saying anything. I then asked him if I could pay and he told me what's the rush in a rude way again. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that I had to deal with him. Whenever you call there to book an mot the manager who always answers the phone asks you at least 3 times if you want a service. On explaining that I just want an mot he responds by saying fine then just do the mot (again with an attitude.
I will never use this garage again as I will not even go back for my free re-test. I will just pay for a different garage to repair my car which Kwik fit told me they can't do. I will pay again for a new mot rather than go back there again.
