Booked my XF in for scuff damage to OSF wing, at the recommendation of the local Jaguar dealer. Receptionist v. good, explained what would happen, when it was due back, and gave a clear outline of charges. Car was returned on time, clean, and with seat protectors still in place. Work done was high quality, and at an acceptable price.
Final result let down a little by omitting to fully reconnect headlamp cluster, but this was easily rectified after the problem was noticed.
I'd certainly recommend them for repairs.
