AVOID! Need to be more honest.

They made me pay for the part days before the appointment. Arrived in the morning and heard nothing by 3:30pm. I called them and they told me that all four engineers tried but couldn’t get my fuel injector out, even after using all the pulling tools they had. They then told me I had to come back after the weekend while they sourced a hydraulic tool to get the injector out. They were trying to add on more and more hours of labour. I told them I wasn’t coming back. They charged me for an hour labour and refunded the part. I went to another garage who (in front of my eyes) took the fuel injector out within 5 minutes of being in the engine bay. The other garage also showed me that Jackson’s DID NOT even screw the parts of the engine back on when they were done.
I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a woman.
I’m so glad I trusted my gut. I will never return and you shouldn’t even consider them an option, especially if you’re a woman.
