Excellent service, took my car there and it was sorted in less than an hour. Great communication and very polite staff. Thanks guys, the noise in my car has completely gone.

I picked up a car a few weekends ago and, on pick-up, the electronics on the right wing mirror wasn't working. I had the part delivered by the dealership and rang Arnold Garage to ask if they could do this, under a complicated RAC Warranty Scheme.

Took the car down yesterday (Wednesday 02 June) and they said they would fit it, whilst contacting RAC and my dealership (as they had sold the car with a faulty part - a complicated situation). Arnold Garage and K/Carl were THAT good, they even fixed the wing mirror for FREE after RAC declined the claim (understandable) and the dealership said they wouldn't pay for it.

I dropped the car off at about 08.30 and by 16.30 it had been done and me and K/Carl even had a nice chat afterwards, which went above and beyond the customer service. There is no doubt I would use this garage again for repairs, and will even seek to do my MOT and Service with them in the future.

Everything - from initial phone call to pick-up - was flawless. Professional, efficient and extremely friendly. Honestly, this review doesn't do them justice! Fantastic!
