Gateshead Mot Centre

I had my car serviced here on 29th September and then the MOT on 25th November. Work done and no issues identified on MOT. Last week there was a dragging at the back of the car and when I took it back they said I needed new brake discs. Had them fitted and the alloy on one side and the back panel behind wheel was was left covered in rusty dust which I can’t get off. They said they would be able to get off with WD40 and to bring it in. Turned up this morning and they are now denying all knowledge and saying it must have been there before. I was standing with him while he showed me the issue with the brakes and there was nothing wrong with the alloy then, one side was cleaner and is fine but the wheel where they left it on is rusty. Absolutely terrible service. Dishonest and prob hadn’t even checked the car properly for the MOT or it would have been flagged then. Avoid this garage.
