Dunn And Co Garages

My wife took her car here for an mot last year. It failed for the rear fog light not working. She paid them almost £180 to replace the rear light cluster. They then passed it. This year we took it to a different garage and it failed for the same reason. After the mechanic investigated the issue it turned out that Dunn and co had fitted the wrong light cluster and it didn't contain a fog light, so it was impossible that it had ever worked. I went to them and explained their error, I said as it was being fixed at a different garage I wanted a refund, the work they had done was pointless and incompetent. They had passed a car that was not road worthy and clearly hadn't checked it. I was told that he wouldn't do anything about it and I could report it to whoever I wanted as nothing would happen. Then I was told to get out. To add insult to injury it turned out the light cluster took less than 5 minutes to change and he had charged my wife £60 labour to fit it. Absolutely no customer service skills.
