Very very disappointed. I've used this garage for a few years, but will never go near them again. After agreeing a quote for work, I dropped the car off a couple of days later.
When I received the bill I was shocked. It was 2.5times the agreed price, and I was fobbed off by the staff, and owner claiming the work needed doing.
Never did they mention the extra work, never did they request authorisation to do the work.
Avoid at all costs or you may end up having expensive work done you didn't request or agree to.
