| Class 4 | Cars, Vans and Motorhomes (up to 12 seats). Goods Vehicles under 3 tonnes |
| Class 5 | Passenger Vehicles over 13 seats |

Just want to say a big thanks to the VW service team at Victoria crescent for servicing and mot testing. I could not wish for better service. I am a disabled driver who does his best to be independent.
I need my car picking up and bringing back which was done for me without hesitation. They kept me informed of the cost as the service progressed.
