Where do I begin. I have used this company for many years the attention to detail and service had been impeccable. However, over the last few years the attention to providing a good service has become somewhat shoddy. They don't appear to care anymore; its all about the money!
I took my car in for a routine change of exhaust, nothing special; I am aware other fast track companies can do this within an hour or two, these took all day from 08;30 til 18;00, apparently they had to modify the exhaust to fit, which questions was the exhaust for my cars make and model! or had they bought a cheaper replacement version to modify this to ensure it fitted without leaks!!??
The cheaper version (if correct|) cost £250.00; when I questioned this , they offered a cash deal for £200.00 ; I will never use this company again nor will I recommend anyone to do so..
I don't think they care!
