The communication from then was very poor. Felt very pressed to pay for parts that the garage said I needed to a tune of £1700.. car was meant to be back by Thursday am. As had an hospital appointment.. called and told 5pm, called at 5pm told 630pm.
No car. Called Friday morning and car had a puncture and had to really push to get then to sort it as they wanted to bring back with a flat tyre. Car was brought back filthy and smelling of cigarette smoke.. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I’m sure this garage does good work but they are tainted by a company called Servicingstop.
There is a dubious association with this online invoice inflation company that is less than accessible once you have given a good rating and paid an eye watering bill.

Also had a service via servicing stop, as soon as the car was returned there was a knocking noise. I called out the RAC after a warning light came on . They then pointed out to me on my car elements of the service that clearly had not been done. I then had to pay again for the car to be serviced. It took nearly two weeks before I got any response from service stop
Would never use either service stop or the garage again.

Poor experience via Servicing Stop. My car had clocked up fewer than 7000 miles since its last MOT and service but I was handed a bill of just less than £1500. The MOT showed high emissions and this was approached via 4 expensive attempts to correct it: fuel filter, engine flush, diesel treatment and dpf recharge. One after the other, each one not improving the situation until the DPF worked. Very expensive guess work. I asked for all replaced parts to be put in my boot so I could have them checked but they did not do this. Very suspicious. In total, they had my car for 5 days. When it was returned on Saturday morning, they parked it on my street, posted the key and legged it, leaving the front driver's side window part open. Terrible.
