Olney Tyre & Exhaust Centre

Took there to have tyre looked at, replaced valve but still kept going down, they tried to reseal but had tightened up the locking wheel nut too much and were unable to do so!!! Broke my locking wheel nut key, and damaged my wheel in attempts of getting it off!! Refused to replace my key and not so much of a sorry for ruining my wheel. Awful customer service. I expect better from a small company, you need to keep your custom and this isn't the way to do so. Now left with no key for the other 3 wheels.

Extremely unhappy.
