I took my car to replace a wheel bearing and a Cv boot. I collected the car with a bill of £423 only to find out that they broke the abs sensor, damaged threads on a wheel nut, butchered the drive shaft to get it out then grinded it out, forgot to fit a dust plate then again bodged it to fit it instead of taking everything apart then refit properly. CV boot replaced was cut too short and the clip was not fitted! Everything they touched was either damaged or not fitted properly or both!

They advised that they have ordered a different part that would include the whole assembly including the flange hub. Found out that was only the bearing they replaced. The old flange was battered chipped damaged and simply pressed back in place!

When raising this, the owner offered to fix the CV boot but declined or denied any other wrong doing. He actually blamed me for providing the wrong part and taking space on his ramp for too long.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor craftsmanship and attitude. Also, integrity is more than questionable. There is no way the car was put pack together without noticing corssthteads etc!

Probably ok for oil change and Mot. Anything else forget about it. Incompetent and liars on this occasion. Absolute jokers.
