I attended this place recently for a coolant leak, the owner after a thorough inspection said I needed a thermostat housing and hose that goes to header tank,brand new parts were ordered and fitted( total cost 140, upon collection of vehicle I was given an assurance from the owner that there were no more leaks and the problem is fixed,
While driving home I noticed that when I pressed the brake pedal a loud beep is emitted from dash and the wipers come on! ( additional faults, never happened before), when I reached home while parking I could see the coolant was still leaking the same as before!
Seems obvious to me they completely misdiagnosed the problem ,changed parts unnecessarily and charged me for this! I would call this being ripped off, they need reporting to relevant inspectorate.
