I needed important safety-related brake work on my daily driver vehicle which is cherished and well looked after. Good reviews led me to TL Garage - there was a 2 week wait for an appointment, so I made one. I was polite and patient, and I went to the trouble of dropping my vehicle off the day before the appointment so that they would have it there all day. Two days passed with no word, finally went in on the third day and all I got was blank looks in reception - no-one had touched it, it had just been parked in their chaotic yard collecting dust and bird droppings, and they didn’t intend to look at it that morning either, so it would have stayed there all weekend with no word from them. No phone call, no effort, no apology, no offer to re-book - they really couldn’t have cared less. I have never been treated like that in a garage before and I strongly recommend you use a local competitor rather than risk a similar waste of your own time and effort.
