I am waiting for AutoGlass Crayford to replace my windscreen for the 3rd time since October 2009.The 1st two windscreens were faulty.It is now 2.55 pm and i have been waiting since 8am for an engineer to replace my screen.I have phoned Autoglass 2 times (12pm and 2pm) and no one has called me back to let me know what is happening.I will wait until 3pm and then phone again.terrible service!!
