I called in, and without any fuss, they were checked and a pair were ordered for me to have fitted straight away.The guys were busy, but still had time for me. I would recommend this to anyone,they not only offer an extensive range of services (not just tyres) they also have great contacts in the industry if additional work is needed.

Having had my van drift for a while to the left I went in and saw Elite Tyres, they got my van on the ramp and noticed the tracking was out. Within 15 minutes the lads had my van back off the ramp and all sorted. wonderful job and would recommend. now have them as my regular garage for any work to undertake as friendly, quick and reliable

my girlfriend took her car down to elite tyres with an oil leak. it was diagnosed straight away, and booked in for the following morning.
the staff are very helpful, and advised us if we had left it any longer we would have a major problem. we would highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again in the future.

The guys at Elite Tyres,Judith,Colin &Ian are fantastic at what they do.I took my car in for a checkup, they spotted small faults, but it be best to get a new car.

Got to say it again for Elite Tyres they turned bad situation into a good one for me. Elite took my car for its yearly M.O.T but sorry to say failed on the hand brake. Judith jumped to my rescue, ordered a new one and it was there within the hour. The boys Ian and Colin then replaced it for me, then back for the re-m.o.t PASSED!!. Great job done!!

I've been meaning to write this for some time. I've waited to see if the shine wears off after a bit. It doesn't.
You never fail to get-
a smile; a warm welcome or greeting; helpful, honest attention; good honest advice if it is needed; a friendly atmosphere. They still do my pressures for towing the caravan - and all for the cost of a cuppa.

On monday night my car developed a problem, i took the car to elite first thing tuesday morning and explained the problem, Judith phoned me a couple of hours later to tell me it was all fixed and the car was running well again. I would always recommend Elite tyres to all my friends and family..Judith,Ian and Colin are a great credit to themselves.

"FANTASTIC", had a problem with a suspension area noise for weeks, main dealer couldn't find problem, went into Elite Tyres, LOVELY PEOPLE, found what the problem was in less than 5 minutes.

Very fast and efficient service with a friendly and professional approach. I have used Elite Tyres for a number of years now and always found them very helpful with any enquires we have. I recently had the pleasure to visit Elite tyres as the tyres on my MINI needed replacing. As an "enthusiastic" driver Judith advised against getting a more expensive brand that would not be suited to my driving style. After a few phone calls to their suppliers I was offered a set of 4 tyres that will suit my needs. While I was waiting, I was able to watch Colin & Ian work on my car. While the car was on the ramp, they kindly checked the brakes for me and topped up my fluid levels when it was finished. Having used Elite Tyres several times now I have come to realise why the name Elite has been chosen, not only do they provide quality products at very competitive prices but Judith, Colin and Ian also provide an exceptional customer service experience for all of their customers..old and new. I recently purchased a new vehicle and took it to Elite Tyres as the rear tyre seemed to have issues holding air, not wanting to purchase a new tyre just after xmas I enquired if they could check if the valve may be faulty etc. Not only did they fix the tyre for me, advising it was a puncture but they went on to check my oil, brakes, radiator and noticed that my front wiper blade was faulty which they immediately fixed. Nothing was too much trouble and the service I received was 1st class. Whilst I was waiting more customers came and each was treated with the same level of service and dealt with straight away...nobody was ignored and no-one was left waiting, unlike many of the places I have been to before. Each time I visit Elite Tyres I arrive knowing I am going to leave happy, which is a very rare thing and which is why I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know. I would like to thank Judith, Colin and Ian from the bottom of my heart for being so very helpful and making me feel important, even at the times they are rushed off their feet.

I have been using elite tyres for many years, and the service is above and beyond.
The other day i called in, with a problem on my van, and it was sorted out in no time at all.
Front lower arms, the tracking and both front tyres were dealt with within a short space of time.

How often do you encounter a situation that makes you think, “I wish more people knew about . . .”? In 2009 I bought a wheelbarrow for the garden (not had a lot of use with my gardening). When I came to use it the other day - tyre deflated and parted company from the wheel rim. I have one of those inflators you can plug into the car. Problem! The connector's too big to go between the moulded spokes of the wheel and on the valve. Got a valve extension for just such an occasion. Fitted it but could not get air in quickly enough to seal the tyre against the rim. 20 pence worth of air later at the local garageI - still no better off. Off to specialist tyre-fitters. Take off the valve extension and with a trick of the trade they put it up to pressure. Cost? Nothing. I put the extension back on and did some shopping. Back at home I reached for tyre and . . . felt it collapse between my fingers. Oh! piglets (stops me swearing).
Back to the fitters; remove the extension; re-inflate; submerge in water to find leak; NO LEAK; deduced by fitter that the extension faulty; fit extension - and just listen to the air escaping!! Removed the extension, re-inflated and off I went. Cost? They still didn’t charge me.
I’m sure it wasn’t because of my good looks or my sparklingy witty banter. They weren’t overly busy at the time but still made the effort to engage in a first class example of good customer relations. I have returned twice, my wife three times, at least 6 friends and all have the highest regard for this family team.

Having a business acount with them makes life alot easier for me and even if send a car over for a tyre, within 10 mins its done, irrespective of their prior commitments. I had to call in this morning with a problem with my car. I spoke to Colin at 8am he said he would look at the car while i was at work, by 9am Judith had rung me and told me what the problem was and would fix it. Judith phoned me back at 10am and told me it was fixed..I went to work this morning thinking id got a serious problem with the car but with Colin's Ian's and Judith's expertise it was solved in less than 2 hours.
