I do not live in the area but, when my car broke down and the RAC towed my car to them, I found them very helpful and friendly. My car ended up going to a Vauxhall garage as it had rather a strange set of problems, but CTS were superb, taking my car to the nearest Vauxhall garage for me and helping me in anyway they could.
