I've been to Cooper and Chinn on a number of occasions, always very busy but always helpful. Good old fashioned service, a pleasure to deal with

Outstanding, cannot recommend this garage highly enough. The staff are really knowledgeable and professional, took on a job on my Land Rover so called LR specialists didn’t want to do.
Even picked up on stuff they missed and sent me a really nice video showing me the fault.
Service was great, even got it MOT’d at short notice. Updates and communication were great. If you’re looking for a reputable garage, with skilled mechanics who offer a great service with really reasonable costs, its got to be Cooper and Chinn, Kidderminster.

Always found them to be very professional and the prices resonable. Very much recommended.

I Have used cooper and chinn since long before they moved to Mill street and have had nothing but good, friendly, and competetive service and prices .

these really are very very good service level respect quality price ... i have no question in recommending them for any job. would put most to shame..

recentley sorted my mercedes vito van which was less than healthy. mot springs allsorts of minor issues , my daughters modus .. i would rather a problem be with them than anywhere else out of choice its a shame you have to use main dealers to support factory waranties !!!!..

amazing staff and work, ignore that comment, i have been using them with fmily and friends for years and they have never replaced anything that didnt need changing, and they have never charged me for something i never had, perfect garage for any needs

Very unhelpfull, they said they had replaced a part when all they did was grease it and charge me for fitting a new part (not cheap either)

Very helpful staff excellent service found a fault on my astra which three other garages could not find(and still charged me) and fixed first time with a good price
