Paid for car up front 13/05 – had to wait 1 month for repair 10/06 – picked car up and respray paintwork was smudged; owner was very rude when I insisted upon a date to bring the car back for respray. He didn’t have the plastic door part I’d paid for as it wasn’t ordered until the day I took it in. Still no part when I took the car back for respray on 16/06, I had to ring to chase the plastic part, received 23/06! I expressed the service was appalling and owner started to shout at me in forecourt, no mask on, as he said to me when I initially met him, ‘it’s stupid wearing your mask outside’. I replied it made me feel safer due to Covid situation and it was in fact keeping him safe, to which he replied, “I’ve had my both jabs”. A very rude and ignorant man. Would definitely not recommend.

took my van there for a repair a it was the cheapest quote and at first looked a good job but then in the light it was a different shade of white. called to complain and was brushed under the carpet they didn't care one bit after they took my money.
