I can't recommend this establishment enough - its a gem. I have not the faintest idea about cars, yet every time I have a bulb blow, need oil, wipers - anything in fact, they never fail to deliver. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and never make me feel stupid.They are just as helpful to my Frank Spencer husband and teenage lads!

Have used VKM since the early 70s and they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable Great place to go.

Have used them for 20 years. The service is excellent. They actually know what they are talking about and have years of experience between them unlike some larger national companies. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

They r very helpful give u 30 minutes service if needed. Always think of them first if I had a problem with the car.

Went to Halfords for a number plate and they didnt have the correct one in stock - the teenager who could not give a damn, offered no apology or advice as to when they would have one in. Went to VKM who dealt with my requirement pleasantly in less than 10 mins AND WERE MORE THAN 50% CHEAPER.
The only thing I am disappointed with is that I went to Halfords first - support local business who know what they are doing and care about your custom!!!!

Been patronising this place for over 25 years - from when it used to be opposite it's current abode. Proper old school parts and accessories shop . Friendly , infinitely knowledgeable team . Good quality parts , tools , accessories and materials at really decent prices . Happy to help the less technically minded fit small parts , bulbs , wipers etc and always happy to give advice. Great range of ICE and bling too . Super place and a million times better than Halfords .

I visit from time to time depending on what car I'm messing with. Always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They'll usually help you fit the part if it's straightforward.

Modern stuff is no problem, but they stock most regular classic bits too. (So much cheaper!)

Prices are competitive and you can usually park on site.

Well worth a visit.

I have been to VKM on several occasions. They are very helpful, very friendly, and always have what I want. (Even some disc brakes for a 1978 Mk 1 Ford Motorhome!) I would recommend them to anyone, they always go that extra mile to help a customer.
