DREADFUL! The worst car I have ever owned - uncomfortable, unreliable, dealers couldnt give a toss, handling borderline dangerous.
GM junk.

Vauxhall Vectra SXi. Having now driven it on a motorway there seems to be a lot of noise coming from the rear.
Could this be bearings ???
Does anyone have thoughts on this please.
Now rated 6/10.

Purchased a 2003 model in March 06.
Pros
Excellent car for motorway and long distance driving. Cabinet comfort is fine and journeys have been smooth and quiet.
Visually a lovely car and loads of space for passengers and luggage.
Cons
Acceleration can be sluggish.
Recently have had problems. ESP and ABS lights keep coming on. Car seems to be performing okay.
Petrol and tax issues - it is expensive. Model is a 2.2 Elegance which guzzles petrol.
It is a large car and very difficult to park. Nightmare scenarios are parking at busy shoppping centres during the weekends.

car has good looks, drives well, good comfortable seats,a very good radio system, sat nav is easy to use to those cars its fitted to,loads of room in the boot,a nice ride on the road and very quiet, only possible things to complain about is the sometimes clunky gearbox but otherwise 9 out of 10 is a reasonable score, car tested 2006 (06) reg vectra 1.8 sri petrol.
