TVR 350i

I was lucky enough to own an ex-TVR 350i(motor show car of 1985)in the late 80's early 90's.It went
like a train and never missed a beat in 5 years;everything worked as well;spent oodles of money on
it-Konis,rose-jointed suspension etc.etc. and never regretted spending a penny on it as every time
I started that glorious engine(uprated to approx 225 bhp) just the sound made every journey an
event!Then...along came wife,family,mortgage,you know how it goes so the car was sold to Central TVR
in Kingstanding.I still remember the last drive down to Birmingham from Sheffield;motoring down the
M42 at,er,71mph(fat chance) then the feeling of desolation as I took the train back north(oh the
shame).If I had somewhere other than on the street to put it,I'd buy another one in an instant.Those
were the days!!
