I have a 07reg renault twingo dymanique 1.2ltr and I have had issues with the electrics for the air bag since I got it. I've had the wires tested, seat cradle loom replaces and had "further investigations" into the problem and all of them are temporary fixes and none have resolved it. possibly other people have had this also?

I own an 08reg twingo diamonique. I wish I hadn't bought it. From it being 3months old I had problems with the electrics which took Renault about a year to find the fault and repair. I was without my car for 2 months at one point because of it. All the warning lights came on, the digital spedo disappeared and the warning sound beeped when I tried to drive it. The newest fault is that the accelerator pedal sticks down when driving at 50mph+ and I have to manually pull it back up with my foot- very dangerous!! Renault again have said they can't find the fault so I'm left with a car I'm scared to drive again. I've had such poor service from Renault that I would warn anyone to stay away and I pitty you if you ever have to deal with head office or their customer services department who tell you the computer system is down when you try to complain.
