Mazda2 2020 prices and spec
Mazda have relased details of the 2020 model year Mazda2
The new model will feature changes to the exterior and interior inline with Mazda's latest designs, add some new technology and all 5 models will be powered by the new mild system paired with a 1.5 litre Skyactiv-G petrol engine.
The new hybrid powertrain is similar to other mild hybrid systems whereby energy is recovered whilst braking and stored in a modest-sized battery, this can later be used when starting from a standstill. This puts less stress on the engine and allows the engine to be shutdown for longer periods in traffic.
The starting price for the 2020 Mazda2 will be £15,795.
